Modal Fiber

Modal is a cellulose regenerated fiber of high wet modulus viscose fiber developed by Lenzing of Austria. The raw material of the fiber is made from European beech, which is first made into wood pulp and then processed into fiber through a special spinning process. The raw materials of the product are all natural materials, harmless to the human body, and can be naturally decomposed, harmless to the environment.

Modal products because of its own has a good softness and excellent moisture absorption, but its fabric crisp poor characteristics. It is now mostly used in the production of underwear. Modal's knitwear is mainly used in underwear. However, Modal has a silver luster, excellent dyeability and bright color after dyeing, enough to make it used in outerwear. Because of this, Modal is increasingly used as a material for outerwear and its decorative cloth. In order to improve the poor crisp quality of pure Modal products, Modal can be blended with other fibers, and can achieve good results. JM/ C(50/50) can remedy this shortcoming. The blended fabric woven with this yarn makes the cotton fiber more flexible and improves the appearance of the fabric. Modal can also reflect its weavability in the weaving process of woven fabrics, and can also be interwoven with other fibers to weave a variety of fabrics. Modal products have broad development prospects in modern clothing.
