Lyocell fiber is a natural plant fiber as raw material, in the mid-1990s came out, known as nearly half a century in the history of man-made fiber of the most valuable product. It not only has the characteristics of comfort, good hand feel and easy dyeing of natural fiber cotton, but also has the environmental protection advantages that traditional viscose fiber does not have.

Lyocell fiber has high dry and wet strength, dry and wet strength ratio of 85%. Has a high swelling: dry and wet volume 1:1.4 unique fibrillating characteristics, that is, Lyocell fiber in the wet state under the action of mechanical friction, along the fiber axis will split fibrillar, after treatment can obtain a unique peach velvet style. Good spinnability: can be pure spinning, can also be mixed with cotton, wool, silk, hemp, chemical fiber, cashmere and other fibers.

Tencel is a new type of viscose fiber. Tencel fiber is a new fiber produced by solvent spinning method with wood pulp as raw material. It has the advantages of excellent hygroscopic, smooth and elegant, and comfort of ordinary viscose fiber, and overcomes the low strength of ordinary viscose fiber, especially the defect of low wet strength, and the strength is almost similar to polyester.

When Lyocell fiber fabric is washed, it is necessary to use cool water for cleaning, if the water temperature is relatively high, it will cause damage to the fiber. When washing Lyocell fiber fabrics, do not soak in water for a long time, do not put them in the washing machine to dry, and squeeze the water off with your hands after washing.

Lyocell fabric with washing and immersion, water temperature should not exceed 30 degrees. Hand washing should be lightly kneaded, avoid rubbing, brushing, do not wring out, and dry naturally after leveling. Machine washing should use anti-wrinkle function, do not dehydrate. Dry to 80% when it is best to iron at medium temperature, the surface will be more flat and smooth.
