A. Product introduction of Y-shaped polyester

The Y-shaped polyester staple fiber is a polyester fiber obtained by polymerizing PTA and MEG and then passing through a Y-shaped spinneret. 

B. Product features of Y-shaped polyester

The cross-section of Y-shaped fibers with different denier and cross-section can form many interstices between single fibers. The porosity of the fibers with Y-shaped cross-section reaches 40%, which is much higher than 20% of the triangular cross-section and 15% of the circular cross-section. These pores provide capillary channels for moisture diversion of sweat, so they are the best material for moisture absorption and perspiration fabric. In addition, the Y-section fiber fabric has less contact points with the skin, which can reduce the sticky feeling when sweating.

C. Product usage of Y-shaped polyester

The Y-shaped fiber can be used for the production of fabrics such as shirts, skirts, sportswear, training clothes and the like of women’s clothing.
