Triangle Polyester

A. Product introduction

Triangle polyester staple fiber is a fiber obtained by polymerizing PTA and MEG and then passing through triangle spinneret. 

B. Product features

When light is irradiated on the triangular cross-section, it can be transmitted out on the edge inside the fiber, so that the luster at the edge generating total reflection is weak, while the luster outside other edges is strong. When the angle of incidence changes, the edges that produce total reflection will also change, resulting in a “flash” effect. In addition, due to the prism effect of the triangle, the light will have dispersion effect when it is emitted, giving people a special feeling.

C. Product usage

This kind of fiber is most widely used, such as silk and wool-like materials. It is not appropriate to use too much of the fiber in production, and the general mixing amount should not exceed 20%. Such fabric not only has that basic characteristic of corduroy, such as plump fluff, clear and round fluff strips, elastic and soft hand feel, but also has the characteristic of low cost. This fabric can be used as clothing material, and can also be used as decorative fabric for hanging, cushion, cover, backrest, sleeve, etc. The hollow fiber structure of hollow polyester fiber contains a large amount of static air, which can bring light elasticity, good moisture permeability and comfortable thermal insulation effect to the fabric. It is widely used in thermal underwear, personal underwear, sports clothing, casual clothing, shirts, outdoor sports, blankets and other fields.
