Silk linen takes viscose as the carrier, and forms a stable combination of silk protein, hemp cellulose and viscose pulp through cross-linking, blending and injection before spinning. In the fiber forming process, the distribution of the silk protein and the bast cellulose on the fiber surface is effectively controlled through the delaying forming technology, so that the outer layer of the fiber is evenly distributed with the silk protein combined through the crosslinking technology, and the inner layer of the fiber is the blending combination formed by the bast cellulose and the viscose.

B. Product features of  Silk linen  viscose

Silk linen fiber not only has the luster effect and hand feel characteristics of real silk, but also has good comfortableness, antibacterial function and moisture absorption and air permeability, and also has certain hemp fiber characteristics on the overall mechanical properties, overcomes the defects of stiffness and skeleton feeling of common viscose fiber which are too soft and lack, and successfully realizes the common embodiment of the characteristics of the two components of real silk and hemp fiber on the fiber.
