Milk protein viscose takes the viscose as a carrier, and forms stable combination of the milk protein and the viscose pulp through the technologies of crosslinking, blending, pre-spinning injection and the like. In the fiber forming process, the distribution of the milk protein on the fiber surface is effectively controlled through the delaying forming technology, so that the outer layer of the fiber is evenly distributed with the milk protein viscose fiber which is obtained by combining the milk protein through the crosslinking technology.

B. Product features of Milk protein viscose

It has milk-like hand feeling, fine monofilament fineness, light specific gravity, high elongation at break, high crimp elasticity, and high crimp recovery rate. Its fiber is bulky, thin and soft, and its touch is soft, comfortable and smooth as milk. The fiber is white. It has silky natural luster and elegant appearance, and has anti-sun fastness and anti-sweat fastness of 4-3 grades.

C. Product usage of Milk protein viscose

Milk protein fiber can be pure spun or blended with cashmere, silk, spun silk, cotton, wool, hemp and other fibers to weave a fabric with milk fiber characteristics, which can be developed into high-end underwear, shirts, household apparel, men’s and women’s T-shirts, milk cashmere skirts, casual wear, home textile bedding and the like.
