Tencel Lyocell Fiber

Due to the scarcity of natural fiber resources and the promotion of the concept of environmental protection, in recent years, "derived from natural fibers, but better than natural fibers" recycled fibers came into being. Among them, the name of "Lyocell" is the most famous.

Lyocell fiber is also known as "Tencel", it is the extraction of plant wood pulp, cellulose fiber obtained by organic solvent spinning process, not only the raw material is natural, the solvent used in the production process can be naturally degraded and absorbed by the environment, so it is known as "green fiber in the 21st century".

Product Details

Lycel fiber (Tencel) is a high-grade fiber with the advantages of cotton, hemp, silk and polyester fibers. It has better hygroscopicity than cotton, and combines the breathability and perspiration of hemp, the soft touch of silk, and the strength of polyester fiber.

Compared with cotton and other fibers, it has the following incomparable outstanding characteristics.

1.Smooth and cool

The smooth fiber surface makes Lyocell fibers feel silky, soft and smooth, and cool to the touch but not icy.

2.Natural antibacterial

The moisture management function of Lyocell fiber prevents the surface from forming a breeding ground for bacteria and mites, thus inhibiting the growth of bacteria and mites.

3.Moisture absorption and dry

The unique fibrillar structure can effectively regulate the absorption and release of moisture and keep the sleeping environment dry and constant temperature.

4.Good insulation

Lyocell's natural water content, coupled with its excellent moisture conductivity so that it does not accumulate electrostatic charge, contributes to better sleep quality.

Lyocell fiber antigen has excellent fiber performance, that is, it is not easy to pilling under the action of external forces, and has good tensile and compressive resistance. Blending with cotton can obviously improve the quality of yarns and fabrics, making fabrics soft, breathable, hygroscopic characteristics, giving fabrics higher dry/wet strength, wrinkle resistance and drapiness.
