Gel-dyed fibers are acrylic fibers obtained by dyeing nascent fibers in gel state with cationic dyes during the wet spinning process of acrylic fibers.

B. Product features of Gel Acrylic Fiber

Compared with the traditional printing and dyeing process, the gel dyeing process has the advantages of high dye uptake rate, less dye consumption, less colored sewage and the like. It can not only eliminate defects, uneven dyeing and other phenomena generated in the downstream dyeing process, but also avoid the treatment problem of three wastes in the downstream dyeing, and realize environmental protection production.

C. Product usage of Gel Acrylic Fiber

Gel-dyed fiber is a product with large quantity and wide surface. Because of the use of computer color matching system for sample matching and production line monitoring, the product not only has bright color and complete chromatogram, but also has better levelness, dyeing fastness and reproducibility than the latter dyed product.
