A. Product introduction of Cationic Polyester

Cationic polyester refers to the introduction of cationic groups into the molecular chains of polyester so that the fibers can be dyed with cationic dyes at normal temperature and pressure.

B. Product features of Cationic Polyester

Compared with conventional polyester, cationic fiber has better color fastness and bright color, but cationic fiber has lower strength, lower acid and alkali resistance and astringent hand feeling. The price is much higher than that of conventional polyester.

C. Product usage of Cationic Polyester

Due to the adoption of ion modification, not only the color absorption performance of the fiber is greatly improved, but also the crystallinity is reduced so that dye molecules are easy to permeate. It makes the fiber easy to dye, the color absorption rate improved, and the hygroscopicity improved. The fiber not only ensures that cations are easy to dye, but also can increase the micropores of the fiber and improve the dye uptake, air permeability and moisture absorption of the fiber, so as to further adapt to the silk simulation of the polyester fiber. It can be made soft, breathable, comfortable, antistatic and dyeable at normal temperature and pressure through silk-like simulation. Through cationic modification of multifunctional wool-like fabric, the fabric can be made to have soft hand feel, antistatic, anti-pilling and co-dyeing with wool at normal temperature and pressure.
