A. Product introduction of Bulked Polyester

The polyester fiber produced from polyester chips with high shrinkage is called bulked polyester, which is also called high shrinkage polyester.

 B. Product features of Bulked Polyester

Drawn under heating, it produces a greater elongation and is then fixed by cooling to form a high-shrinkage fiber. The expand fiber and that common fib are blended and made into the spun yarn, and after the air steaming process, the high-shrinkage fibers generate longitudinal shrinkage and are gathered in the yarn core, and the common fibers form curl or loop and are bulged, so that the yarn structure becomes bulky, and the performance volume is increased, namely, the expanded yarn.

C. Product usage of Bulked Polyester

The textile made of bulked yarn is soft, fluffy and good in warmth retention. It is mainly used to make woolen shirts and underwear in autumn and winter.
